Innovatech Labs is a contract materials testing lab specializing in materials characterization.  Our rapid turnaround times (typically 5 business days or less) eliminate lengthy downtimes waiting for testing lab results for our customers in manufacturing.  We pride ourselves on being our customer’s first resource for analytical testing lab services.  We will help you decide which analytical technique best suits your needs.  If we don't have that technique in house, we will help you locate a lab that does.

Innovatech Labs offers a broad range of analytical techniques in our testing lab, including surface spectroscopies (ESCA / XPS, AUGER, SEM/EDS), organic spectroscopies (FTIR, GC/MS), ion chromatography (IC), and liquid particle counting (LPC).

When paired with our experienced analysts, these instruments are used to assist our customers in manufacturing support, cleanliness testing, failure analysis, materials characterization, and quality control. 

Manufacturing Support -

We have experience in a wide range of industries including: adhesives, computer hard drives, electronics, metallurgy, polymers, paper, coated glasses, and ceramic. We have satisfied customers in each of these specific industries and more. Cleanliness Testing - Third party verification of the cleanliness of your outgoing product shows your customer your dedication to quality. These types of analyses are critical to suppliers in the biomedical device and computer hard drive industries. We are correlated to perform materials testing for several computer hard drive manufacturers.

Materials Characterization -

Contaminants on your product, incoming supply verification, and reverse engineering are all accomplished with our wide range of analytical techniques. If we do not have the necessary technique in house, we will help you find a lab that does.

Failure Analysis - Delaminating layers, products breaking when they shouldn't, discolored surfaces, strange odors, corrosion issues and more - we are your source for answers when product failures occur.

NEW GC/MS!

To continue to provide the rapid turnaround times our customers are accustomed to receiving, we have added a second GC/MS to our laboratory.  

As of April 1st, hard copies of reports will only be sent when requested.  An electronic copy of the report and data will be sent upon completion of the project.  To request a hard copy be sure to check the box on your sample submittal form!
